Cancellations

Orders can not be cancelled once you check out and pay online.  Please see return instructions below if you decide to not keep your order.

Shipping

All orders are shipped prepaid via best way and charges will be invoiced to you. We ship by the most economical method. We use UPS whenever possible. Large orders or orders that exceed UPS weight or size limits will ship via Common Carrier.

Returns

Please contact us or call us at (520) 988-3002 for RMA# and return instructions. Items must be returned in salable quantities and condition within 10 days of purchase for credit, less 35% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all delivery and return freight and shipping charges on returned orders.

Pricing

While we try to maintain prices on our products, occasionally, due to market conditions and other circumstances beyond our control, pricing may change anytime on our site without notice. 

Minimum Order

Big Valley Packaging does not have a minimum dollar order on our stock packaging webstore. Items may have a minimum quantity they must be purchased in.
